Lamsco West was established as the West coast facility of the Laminated Shim Co. of Glenbrook Connecticut (The originator of laminated shim stock) in 1961. We have been operating continuously as a manufacturer in California since that time. We are currently owned by Hampson Industries PLC.
Lamsco West is the largest manufacturer of laminated shim stock in the world and has the most sophisticated systems and manufacturing facilities in the industry. We are the preferred supplier of laminated shims to the domestic airframe industry.
